Weight Loss Wednesdays

HA ha...

How did I completely forget to do this? I think it was because I had Monday off, so I thought that it was Tuesday all day yesterday!

I weighed in and I lost (drum roll please....) .4 pounds! Yes that is a decimal point in front of the 4.

So I am headed in the right direction, but it will take me 4 years to reach goal at this rate!
I am rededicating to tracking this week.

I will keep you updated! I also am such a slug. I need to take myself to the gym, but my car seems to have a hard time finding it! LOL!

Today I found myself thinking my jeans were too tight and then eating a bagel with cheddar cheese on it for breakfast. No wonder why my pants are tight.

Ugh, it is so hard to go to the gym in the winter. I have been slacking too and it is not good at all especially since all I want to do is eat. I think you look great and don't really even need lose weight, but I know it is more about how you feel inside then anything else.
